• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the App (“User Content”).
• By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App and our services.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.
• Our use of the content you provide on this site or in the Rock Logster app is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services

• The App may integrate with third-party services.
• Your use of such services is subject to their separate terms and conditions.
• We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

• The App and all its content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrights, are the property of Square Compass, Inc. or its licensors.

• The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App.

• We may terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
• You may terminate your account at any time.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in The State of Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site and our App.

9. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this site.
• Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
